Abu Dhabi offers a balance of modern living linked with culture. Many people feel that Abu Dhabi is calmer than Dubai and offers a more relaxed living. With Dubai only a one hour drive away you can enjoy the culture of Abu Dhabi and trips to Dubai.
It’s more conservative, but it’s not oppressive
Abu Dhabi offers a variety of different sandy beaches for everyone. The island of Saadiyat has a beautiful white sandy public beach. If you prefer a drink brought directly to your sunbed you can relax on the beach on Yas Island.
Abu Dhabi’s Mangrove National Park is also an amazing experience with flamingos, heron and scuttling crabs. Many people enjoy kayaking in this area with guided ours available.
