Chemistry Teacher – Valencia, Spain – January 2021
One of our clients, an International Private School, near Valencia, Spain is looking to appoint a Chemistry Teacher to start employment from January 2021 due to a late resignation. The school educates expatriate children from the UK, around the world plus the local Spanish community, following the UK National Curriculum from Pre-school up to Year 13.
The post involves teaching Chemistry at KS3 and KS4, preparing them for the Edexcel exams.
You will be an excellent Science practitioner with a broad range of teaching and learning strategies and up-to-date knowledge of the UK curriculum to join their team of educators.
The city of Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast, is the third largest in Spain. It is a lively place, with an interesting mixture of old and new. It has a range of theatres, art galleries and museums and a lively nightlife with many bars and restaurants. It is very much a Spanish city with traditional fiestas and celebrations being very important.
A competitive salary (Approximately 24,000 to 27,000 Euros)

Recent UK GCSE Chemistry teaching experience
Degree and/or recognised teaching qualification (CERT ED / PGCE / BA Hons QTS)
Knowledge of the UK Curriculum
